Information on the processing of personal data (Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003)

We wish to inform you that Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 ("Personal Data Protection Code") provides for the protection of individuals and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data.

In accordance with the aforementioned legislation, this processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency, and will protect your privacy and rights.

Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we hereby provide you with the following information:

1. The data you provide will be processed for the following purposes:
a) contact for the provision of the information you requested;
b) carrying out operations strictly necessary to proceed with the provision of services;
c) carrying out ordinary administrative and fiscal operations.

2. The processing will be carried out using electronic means.

3. Providing data is optional, and refusal to provide it will have no consequences, except for the failure to provide information and services.

4. The data will not be disclosed to other parties, nor will it be disseminated.

7. You may exercise your rights towards the data controller at any time, pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, which we reproduce in full for your convenience:

Art. 7 - Right of access to personal data and other rights

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him or her, even if not yet recorded, and communication of such data in an intelligible form.

2. The interested party has the right to obtain information on:
a) of the origin of personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of processing;
c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) of the identifying details of the owner, the managers and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or persons in charge.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, when relevant, integration of the data;
b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including with regard to their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.

4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales materials or for carrying out market research or commercial communications.
